Reporting a Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement
Dual Code respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same. It is Dual Code’s policy to respond appropriately to notices of alleged copyright or other intellectual property infringement in accordance with applicable law and generally accepted notice-and-takedown practices.
Dual Code operates as a service provider and hosts content submitted by users and third-party content providers. Dual Code does not actively monitor or review such content for infringement and does not assume responsibility for user-submitted materials.
If you believe that material made available through a Dual Code account infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice of claimed infringement. Upon receipt of a valid notice, Dual Code may remove or disable access to the material alleged to be infringing and may notify the applicable account owner.
To be actionable, a notice of claimed infringement should include sufficient information to allow Dual Code to identify the copyrighted work and locate the allegedly infringing material, including contact information for the complaining party and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
If an account owner believes that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, the account owner may submit a counter-notification. Dual Code may restore the material in its discretion and in accordance with applicable law, unless the complaining party initiates legal action.
Dual Code maintains a policy of restricting or terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
For intellectual property claims other than copyright (including trademark or ownership disputes), Dual Code may request reasonable documentation to verify the claim or the authority of the requesting party.
All notices of alleged infringement and related correspondence should be sent to:

Address: Dual Code Inc., 400-300 March Road, Kanata, Ontario, Canada
