Reporting a Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement

OCI supports the protection of intellectual property and asks everyone to do the same. It’s our policy to respond to all notices of alleged copyright and intellectual property infringement.

If you believe that one of our Accounts is infringing on your copyrights, you can send us a DMCA Notice. Upon receiving a DMCA Notice, we may remove or disable access to the materials claimed to be a copyright infringement. Once provided with a notice of takedown, the Account Owner can reply with a counter notification if they object to the complaint.

If you believe that one of our Accounts is infringing on your intellectual property rights, you can report it to us. In the event of a dispute regarding intellectual property rights, including account ownership, we reserve the right to request documentation to determine or confirm the information. Documentation may include, but is not limited to, a scanned copy of your business license, government issued photo ID, or confirmation of your status as an employee of an entity.

You may report an infringement by email to legal@dualcode.com.
