• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the platform

Content and Third-Party Materials
Courses and materials available through My Dual Code may be provided by third-party organizations. You may not modify, reproduce, or redistribute such content except where explicitly permitted by the applicable provider or license.

Enforcement
Dual Code may suspend or terminate access to My Dual Code, without notice, if this Acceptable Use Policy or the Terms of Use are violated, or if use of the platform poses a security, legal, or operational risk.

Changes to This Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
